Very hard to take at first. Lori Hartman thinks every minute about what could possibly happen and what to do about it if it does. Sounds pretty exhausting and what a way to live. However, she does have some practical ideas and some interesting insight into our personal choices. The major point of the book is to make you enough aware to just avoid being sucked into any kind of "relationship" with others bent on doing you harm. And like she says, the only proof you will ever have of knowing if what you are doing is right, is that nothing will happen to you. ( )
