Capa
Wiley, 26/01/1994 - 504 páginas
Engineers need to routinely deal with organizational, procurement, project and general management, contract, cost, estimating, financial, marketing, sales, and schedule matters. This book attempts to describe and to define these operational activities, and to provide techniques and data to assist such work. This publication is divided into four principal areas: the project, the engineering process, project operations, and professional practice. Numerous examples are included to illustrate the elements or factors that enter into and provide control of the work process or product. Samples of manually prepared documents for small or low-technology projects are shown.
