For Health and Recreation

At Saratoga convalescent patients and those tired and run down from overwork regain health and vigor. The waters highly supersaturated with carbonic acid gas, rich in chlorides and radio-active stimulate those functional actions necessary to rapid recuperation.

Saratoga Mineral Baths, in therapeutic merit, fully equal and in many ways surpass those of Nauheim, Homburg, Kissingen, Wiesbaden, and other celebrated European Spas.

The State of New York Conservation Commission administers Saratoga Springs and has made many extensive improvements which contribute to its attractiveness. One of this year's notable achievements is the magnificent new bath house.

The Drinking Waters from the several springs are valuable as laxatives, digestive tonics, diuretics, and chalybeates. Bottling plants are maintained by the Commission, through whom the bottled waters may be ordered.

Two valuable new booklets, giving analyses of the waters and detailed information have been issued for physicians. Free on request.
