Acerca do autor (1996)

The author of numerous books, Henry J. Abraham is James Hart Professor of Government and Foreign Affairs at the University of Virginia. In 1993, he was the first member of the profession to receive the Lifetime Achievement Award of the Law and Courts Section of the American Political Science Association.
