Enclosed is a copy of a letter to Hensley & Co. outlining their commitment
to the fourth annual Student Congressional Orientation Trip.
& Co. will pay 50% of the invoice for the trip. It is my understanding
that Continental will pay the other 50% of the invoice from American
Continental Travel. I have enclosed a copy of the invoice for your
use. Please note that Hensley & Co. has already provided $546.00 toward
the invoice so I have adjusted the invoice to show the amount for Continental's
portion of an additional $273.00 and Hensley's invoice deducted by
$273.00.
