Enumeration of Modifications: Enumeration of Modifications to Designated Services constitutes a convenient method for listing the items in the Descriptions of Designated Services which have been modified. This enumeration is verified by the signatures of the Owner and the Architect. An alternate method of verifying modifications, such as the initials or signatures of the Owner and the Architect on each page where a modification has been made, may be used instead. 5. Execution of the Agreement: Execution of B161 and B162 requires that both parties sign the last page of B161 and B162. Any modifications to the Agreement should be initialed by both parties (see "Enumeration of Modifications page" above). Once duplicate copies of the Agreement have been executed, B161 and B162 should be stapled or otherwise permanently attached to one another. C. SUBSEQUENT MODIFICATIONS: Subsequent modifications to the Agreement, such as an addition, deletion, or change in description or assignment of any services or an authorization to perform Additional Services, should be made by a separate instrument referring specifically to the document originally executed.
