L. 762), as requires the Secretary of War to report annually to Congress "the number, kinds, and strength of organizations pertaining to cach arm or service." The figures include Philippine Scouts, but do not include warrant officers or retired personnel on active duty. Organizations which are wholly inactive are not included. |
