I, E. J. SALDAÑA, Executive Secretary of Porto Rico, do hereby certify that the copies of the Acts and Resolutions of the First Special Session of the Tenth Legislature of Porto Rico, August 13 to August 23, 1923, herein inserted, are correct transcripts of the texts of the original Acts and Resolutions.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that Acts numbers 1, 2, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 16, 19 and 20 were passed by a vote of two thirds of all the members elected to each House of the Legislature, as it appears from a certificate attached to each of said Acts and issued by the Secretary of the House in which each of them originated.

Given under my hand at San Juan, P. R., this second day of October, in the year of our Lord, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-three.

SALDAÑA, Secretario Ejecutivo de Puerto Rico, CERTIFICO: Que las copias de las Leyes y Resoluciones de la Primera Legislatura Extraordinaria de la Décima Asamblea Legislativa de Puerto Rico, 13 de agosto al 23 de agosto de 1923, contenidas en este volumen, son transcripciones correctas del texto original de dichas Leyes y Resoluciones.

Y CERTIFICO, ADEMÁS, que las leyes números 1, 2, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 16, 19 y 20 fueron aprobadas por las dos terceras partes de todos los miembros electos para cada Cámara de la Legislatura, según aparece de un certificado unido a cada una de dichas Leyes y expedido por el Secretario de la Cámara en que cada una de ellas tuvo su origen.
