Section 3.-The supervision of the work shall be in charge of the military government and of a representative designated by the Commissioner of the Interior. Section 4.-To carry out the purposes herein specified, the sum of twenty-five thousand (25,000) dollars is hereby appropriated; Provided, That this amount shall not be available until the Federal Government shall have appropriated the balance of such amount as may be necessary to complete the work. Section 5.-This Act shall take effect ninety days after its approval. Approved, August 28, 1923. Sección 3.
